A 3-bedroom condominium apartment at Changi Court opp. SIA Training Centre. Full-facilities - gym, pool, etc. Expo MRT (East-West green line) is a 2 min bus ride or 10 min walk away. From there, it's a 20-min ride to the city. Brilliant location for SIA personnel.
I have the following room available for short-term lease from 1 Jun to 14 Aug:
1 common room with super-single bed, wardrobe and desk - $850/mth OR
1 master bedroom with queen-size bed, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom - $1250/mth
Above prices include broadband internet connection and cable tv but excludes utilities.
Apartment is nicely decorated and furnished. It's on the 7th floor surrounded by low-rise housing so apartment is quite windy and bright.
I am a 28 year old male Art teacher/musician. I am the main tenant of the apartment (not landlord or agent). The other tenant is a British expat professional. If you are interested, you will need to pay a 2 months' rental in advance and 1/2 month deposit. I'm looking for easygoing professionals who are clean and friendly. :)
